BSM Transactions: Charges that has been set doesn't reflect in the invoice

The recent charges do not appear in the invoices that have already been entered.

This issue happens due to changing the charges after they had keyed in the invoice, which resulted in the charges still appearing as the old ones. However, they can manually update the charges for January, and moving forward, the new charges will be captured when creating invoices. To change the charges manually:

  1. Transaction, Invoice, Invoice Billing.

  2. Choose the invoice.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the Charges Rate to the correct one.

  5. Save.
