This issue occurs when the minimum late interest amount in the Late Charges Setting is set to RM10. To check the settings:
Go to Housekeeping, General Setup, Late Charges Settings.
Locate the field Minimum late interest amount to generate a field.
To generate late charges regardless of the interest amount, set the minimum late interest amount to generate to RM0.01.
