BSM Transactions: Adjusting the interest date for late charges

Change the date of interest when late charges were done

The interest date for late charges and the invoice due date are determined by the day interest begins accruing once the due date is reached.

Example:
If the invoice date is 5/7/2024 and the payment terms are 10 days, the invoice due date is 15/7/2024. Interest will begin to accrue on the following day, 16/7/2024. If there is no minimum amount required to charge late interest, then interest will start accumulating the day after the due date.

You can change the due date directly from the user interface by adjusting the payment terms (e.g., from 10 days to 30 days).
