You can log Tickets/Issues with us using our Customer Success Portal. But it is not only for logging issues with our support teams, here you will find helpful Knowledge Articles, join others in the community discussions and over time you’ll see product release updates, Webinars, and more.
There is plenty of information that the portal holds that should help you to make your products work in the best way possible and it is ever growing. We have a handy portal tour if you need help navigating around that can be found on the homepage.
