To resolve the PDF regeneration issue, please follow the steps below to update the required program files in UBS.
Close UBS and log out completely.
Please download these files: Shared Files · Access Software Australia Pty Limited.
Extract the zip file, right-click Extract all.
Copy the files vstk.exe, vstkbilling.exe, and vstkone.exe and replace them at the location C:\UBSSTK2015\.
Open UBS and regenerate the PDF and send it to the customer.
