eInvoice Errors: 'File does not exist. Program Name: ConvertoPDF'

The PDF cannot be regenerated for validated invoices.

To resolve the PDF regeneration issue, please follow the steps below to update the required program files in UBS.

  1. Close UBS and log out completely.

  2. Extract the zip file, right-click Extract all.

  3. Copy the files vstk.exe, vstkbilling.exe, and vstkone.exe and replace them at the location C:\UBSSTK2015\.

  4. Open UBS and regenerate the PDF and send it to the customer.
