If you’re encountering this issue, please apply the latest hotfix using the steps below:
Download the hotfix: Shared Files · Access Software Australia Pty Limited.
Extract the zip file.
Go to C:\UBSSTK2015.
Cut and paste the following folders/files into a backup folder for safekeeping:
vstk
vstkbilling
vstkone
From the extracted ZIP file, copy and paste the following folders/files into c:\UBSSTK2015
vstk
vstkbilling
vstkone
