Accounting Transactions: Bank Reconciliation

Information on resolving issues where ticked transactions still appear in the bank statement or printout during bank reconciliation

Ensure that the period of the transaction is correct. To do bank reconciliation:

  1. Go to Banking, Reconcile Accounts.

  2. Select the Period Range and Bank Account No, and then press Enter.

  3. Mark the Amount to Reconcile and then Accept.

  4. If the amounts still appear even after performing Marking and Housekeeping, the recommended solution is to delete the affected transactions, re-enter them, and then proceed with bank reconciliation.
