Not able to validate the eInvoice

This issue occurs when there is missing information in the Company Configuration or when the invoice file size limit is exceeded due to too many line items. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

Step 1: Verify and Complete Company Configuration

Ensure that all mandatory fields in the Company Configuration are properly filled in:

  • TIN Number

  • Company Address

  • PIC Details (Phone Number, Email Address, Name, and Designation)

Step 2: Check Invoice File Size

If the issue is related to too many line items in the invoice:

  1. Reduce the number of line items in the invoice and re-submit it.

  2. For the remaining items, create a new invoice and submit it separately.
