Accounting Setup & Maintenance: Access is disabled except for housekeeping

After the upgrade, access is restricted. Users are unable to click any buttons or perform any actions except within the housekeeping module.

This issue occurs because you have a restriction in place that applies to all users.
To solve the problem:

  1. Exit the Company.

  2. On the Main Page, where you choose the company, go to Admin, Administrator Settings, User Management.

  3. Choose the affected company.

  4. Click Menu Access Permissions.

  5. Tick the box by user ID.

  6. Mark All.

  7. Click Ok.
