The error occurs because the Registration of Companies (ROC) number contains a special character ("/"), which is not allowed in Windows file names.
These are the special characters that are not allowed to be used: \ /: *? " < > |
To solve this issue:
In Classic View: Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Parameter Setup, Company Details - R.O.C. Ref. No.
In Modern View: Go to Settings, General Setup, Company Details, R.O.C. Ref. No.
Change the ROC number without any special characters.
