Payroll Reports: The SKBBK does not show in the reports or payslip

Remove the fixed SOCSO setting and process pay again so the SKBBK amount appears in the reports and payslip.

If the SKBBK amount does not appear in the reports or payslip, this may be because a fixed SOCSO amount has been entered in the system.

📌Note: Remove the fixed SOCSO setting before processing pay again. This allows the SKBBK amount to flow through to the reports and payslip.

  1. Navigate to the fixed rate section.

  2. Remove the S from the field.

  3. Proceed to process pay.

The SKBBK amount should flow in afterwards and appear in the reports and payslip.
