Accounting Inventory Report: SST Report 18C1 Amount Not Showing in SST Return Report

The 18C1 amount is not appearing in the SST Return report.

This issue can occur when the required tax code for B2B Services Exempted Tax has not been configured correctly or the system is not updated to the latest version.

Step 1: Update Access UBS AIB to the Latest Version

Step 2: Create a New Tax Code

  1. Go to Maintenance, Miscellaneous Files, Tax Code Maintenance.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Tax Code - B2B

    • Description - B2B Services Exempted Tax

    • Tax - 0.00%

    • Exempted Tax - 0.00%

    • Transaction Type - Sales

    • Tax Method - B2B Services

    • C-01 - Blank

    • A/C No. - Update accordingly or leave blank

    • Status - Active

    • SST Type - Service

  4. Click Save.

After completing the above steps, regenerate the SST Return report and verify whether the 18C1 amount is displayed correctly.
