To fix this issue, you need to make some settings in PCB settings. To set that up:
Go to Personnel and Personnel File Maintenance.
Choose the employee and Setting Tab.
In the PCB Setting, Owner/Have control over the company.
Change from YES to NO.
By choosing NO, the employee will be entitled to the allowance exemption PCB.
The above message will appear when you choose the drop-down button.
