Follow the steps below to ensure the correct paper size and print settings are applied both on your printer and in the UBS system:
Open the control panel, printers, and scanners.
Select your printer's name.
Click on Properties, Paper Size assigned = A4.
Click Preferences, assign A4, and remove 2-sided print.
Apply and save.
Open UBS Print, Settings.
Click on Page Setup and change paper size to A4.
Save.
Print Preview.
