Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Changing the SOCSO category in payroll

SOCSO amount not displayed for an employee

To fix this issue:

  1. Go to Personnel, Add/Update Employees.

  2. Go to Govern tab.

  3. Under Insurance - SOCSO, click the drop-down button beside the Category.

  4. Choose the Category.

  5. Click Save once done.
