Generate the Age Listing report monthly to identify employees approaching age 60 and ensure their SOCSO settings are updated. Follow the steps below. To ensure smooth operations and compliance, it’s essential to generate an Age Listing report every month.
Go to Personnel, Personnel Reports, Age Listing.
Run the report to identify employees who will turn 60 in the coming year.
To generate SOCSO above 60 years old, maintain the correct SOCSO table calculation using auto auto-generate table function.
Go to Personnel, Generate Employee SOCSO Table (Classic View).
Go to Employees, More Actions, Employee SOCSO Table (Modern View).
Make sure the SOCSO table selected is Table 3. Only the Employer contribute.
Or you can manually change in Personnel, Govern.tab.
