Accounting Inventory Transactions: Void invoice in UBS Billing

Cancel the invoice without deleting it

To do so:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Run Setup, Administrative Tools.

  2. Under the Setting tab, tick Keep Deleted Bills.

  3. Then, you may proceed to delete the invoice.

  4. If you check from the backend - you may see under the Void column it will state "Y".
