This issue happens due to the description is too long. To fix that:
Go to Reports, Print Ledger.
Key in the details.
Click OK, Preview.
Check the file format name of the report. you can check from the title such as below:
Close Preview.
At the Exit button - right click.
Open the file format according to the location from No.1.
Find a column named "desp" and drag the box to make it longer. (It's ok if it overlaps with the other column):
You can right-click at the grey area to preview to check if the report is still overlapping.
Once done, click File and Save.
