Accounting Inventory Transactions: Keying in the item type

Location to key in item type

To key in the item type:

  1. Go to Item File Maintenance, More Info (2)

  2. To maintain a service item in Item File Maintenance, we have to enter "SERVICE" at Item Type field, so that this item will not be displayed as a stock item in Inventory Reports.
