Once you have activated the INTL license:
Log in to the system.
Go to Admin, Administrator Settings.
Go to System Settings.
Under Country Settings,
Click to Setup.
Change the Select Country to SG Singapore.
Click OK.
Exit.
Open database.
Auto message will prompt for the GST update from 8% to 9%, click Update Now.
