Cannot generate EA form for certain employee

If you cannot preview an employee in the EA form, it could be because you have an amount in the Minimum pay required to print EA form field.

To view the EA form:

  1. Go to the Government, Income Tax Report, CP 8A.

  2. Choose the affected employee number.

  3. Click on Generate.

  4. Please ensure column for Minimum pay required to print EA form is stated 0.00.

  5. You will be able to view the EA form.
