If using WPS Office and it is blocking the system, follow the steps below to resolve:
Open the Start menu from the taskbar.
Click All Programs, WPS Office, WPS Office Tools, WPS Office Configuration.
Alternatively, you can also find WPS Office Tools in the installation file.
A dialog box will pop up. Click the Advanced... button in the dialog box.
Select the Compact Setting.
Select the open mode of the specified files.
