Here are the explanations regarding the Invoice Printout:
If you choose to tick Consolidate Invoice and tick Not Showing B/F balance, it will only show you the invoices that have been issued for that particular period without any B/F amount.
If you choose to tick Consolidate Invoice and tick Showing B/F Balance, it will show the B/F amount without including the debit note and late charge and also will show the invoices for that particular period.
Next, if you do the same as no. 2 but also tick the Include Debit Note and Late Charge, please be informed that this amount (debit note and late charge) will be included in the B/F amount itself. That is why it did not show in detail the Debit Note/ Late Charge reference number and so on.
Lastly, if you do as no.3 and also tick Show B/F Details, only then will it include the current month's Debit Note. The below part of the report cannot be removed as it's part of the option that has been ticked earlier (Show B/F Details).
