BSM Transactions: Unable to fix & reverse knock-off issue

Not able to fix and reverse knock off issue.

This error occurs when the data contains duplicate document numbers. To fix that issue:

  1. Rename the document number from the database viewer.

  2. Go to Housekeeping, Administrative Tools, Database Viewer.

  3. Search from Database Table for the table name: invhead.

  4. Click Edit and look for the Identical record for Invno.

  5. Rename the Invno of one identical record.

  6. Close the database viewer and proceed to fix & Reverse.
