In our BSM system, there is no Audit Trails feature available. However, the user may try to use the following to check:

Login Log (Go to Housekeeping, Login Log) or,

Billing Log (Go to Enquiry, Log Enquiry, Billing Log).

2. Billing Log (Go to Enquiry, Log Enquiry, Billing Log).

Checking if the user has made any changes in the transaction, etc.
