In our BSM system, there is no Audit Trails feature available.
However, the user may try to use the following to check:
Login Log (Go to Housekeeping, Login Log) or,
Billing Log (Go to Enquiry, Log Enquiry, Billing Log).
BSM Reports: Audit trail reports
Checking if the user has made any changes in the transaction, etc.
