To rectify this error message:
Log in to UBS as ADMIN and the UBS default setup.
From the Company selection screen, select Admin, Administrator Settings, User Management.
Select company.
From Inventory & Billing, select User Accounts Roles. Delete the existing User ID (e.g., Access).
Add new user ID: Access. PIN 0.
Menu Access Permission, Select User ID, and Mark all.
Untick By User ID.
