eInvoicing Errors: 'Access Denied' when click configuration and mapping at the e-invoicing setup

User is not able to click on configuration and mapping at the e-invoicing setup, even after giving permission Logging as admin still appears to have access denied

To rectify this error message:

  1. Log in to UBS as ADMIN and the UBS default setup.

  2. From the Company selection screen, select Admin, Administrator Settings, User Management.

  3. Select company.

  4. From Inventory & Billing, select User Accounts Roles. Delete the existing User ID (e.g., Access).

  5. Add new user ID: Access. PIN 0.

  6. Menu Access Permission, Select User ID, and Mark all.

  7. Untick By User ID.
