Item Status and Value report is not similar to Stock card In and Out quantity due to the housekeeping for the items has not been done.
To do so:
Go to Reports, Sales Reports, Profit Margin, Calculate Cost of Sales.
Select the Cost Method.
Click Yes.
Click Exit.
Go to Housekeeping, Index All Files, OK.
Go to Housekeeping, Data Recovery, OK.
Go to Housekeeping, Upgrade Data Files, OK.
