To set up the maintenance of stock values:
Go to Access UBS Accounting and ensure to already set up the account for stock.
Go to General, Maintain Stock Values, and key in the account of stock (OS, BS, and CS) in the column at the top.
Then key in the opening stock and closing stock in the box below.
All the stock will reflect in the report.
This Year Opening Stock: This figure will reflect in the P&L.
The Closing Stock at Month End: This figure will appear in Balance Sheet based on the month.
The Last Year Figure: This figure will appear in the Trial Balance.
