I regret to inform you that we cannot raise the enhancement request you have submitted to our Development team. This is because of a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) that requires at least two customers to request the same enhancement. If only one customer is requesting an enhancement, the development team will not take it up.

However, if you know of other customers who would also benefit from this enhancement, please provide their MyAppId so that we can include them in the request and raise the issue with our development team.
