Payroll Reports: Differences in SOCSO total amount on pay summary PDF/ excel

The SOCSO amount value does not match with the system when converted to PDF or Excel.

This issue arises because of no space for decimal points. To fix this:

  1. Go to Reports, Management Reports, Employees Pay Summary.

  2. Click Generate, Customize Template.

  3. Click on getvalue under Employer SOCSO (refer to screenshot in attachment.

  4. Extend the box a little to accommodate the decimal place.

  5. You can click on the grey area to preview and make sure its correct.

  6. Once done, click File, Save.
