Accounting Setup & Maintenance: Enter opening balance

Unable to edit opening balance and the trial balance is not tally due to opening balance

Follow the steps below to unlock the opening balance and, if needed, reset the opening balance amount to zero:

To Unlock Opening Balance:

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Administrative Tools, Tools,

  2. Tick Unlock Opening Balance.

To set Opening Balance amount as '0'

  1. Go to Housekeeping, Administrative Tools, Tools,

  2. Tick 'Set opening Balance to 0'
