eInvoicing General: Use of incoterms at the eInvoicing

Incoterms mandatory to be configure.

Updated over 2 months ago

Incoterms are a set of international trade rules that define the responsibilities of buyers and suppliers. In the context of
e-invoicing, Incoterms specify crucial details such as:

  • Who pays for shipping costs

  • Who is responsible for insurance

  • Who handles customs clearance

  • Where the risk transfers from seller to buyer

Note: If the customer's transaction does not include shipping, they do not have to select the incoterms.
