Accounting Reports: Aging reports for open item debtors and creditors

Aging report for creditor is not the same as open item creditor aging report

For Open Item Debtor/Creditor, they can only use Open Item reports to check the statement or aging.


Non-Open Item Debtors reports:

  1. Go to Debtors, Print Debtors Statement, or

  2. Go to Debtors, Print Debtors Aging


Open Item Debtors reports:

  1. Go to Debtors, Open Item Menu Debtors


Non-Open Item Creditors reports:

  1. Go to Creditors, Print Creditors Aging


Open Item Creditors reports:

  1. Go to Creditors, Open Item Menu Creditors
