Below are the steps to transfer payroll records from an existing company database to a new company. Follow the export process first, then proceed with the import steps to ensure the employee data is correctly carried over.
Export from the existing company
Open the existing database.
Go to Miscellaneous, click Export / Import Payroll record.
Deselect Include 12 Months Record.
Select Employee No.
Click Export.
Close this database.
Import to the new company
Open the new database.
Go to Miscellaneous, click Export / Import Payroll record.
Deselect Include 12 Months Record.
Click Import.
Check Personnel.
