Payroll Errors: 'Access Not Granted'

Unable to Edit Employee Payroll: “Can Only Delete This Employee Next Year”, 2nd Half Payroll Grayed Out, Add/Update Disabled, Cannot Insert Normal Pay

This error occurs because the number of employees in your system exceeds the limit allowed by your current license. To resolve this, you can either remove some employees or upgrade your license to increase the allowed employee limit.

  1. Click Personnel from the left panel.

  2. Amend the pay status.
